What is paradise? Paradise to me is an unfettered mind.
What would you like for your next birthday? For my birthday I'd like a medium format film scanner, a new passport & peach scented car freshener.
What is good? A full stomach is good. I know good or bad are just illusions, but a good meal is definitely good and grand and deeply desired right now.
Are you a napper? I'm the best napper, but I call any sleep a nap. I nap almost every day after meditation, but the afternoon dream time symbolism is hyper amped up so naps feel like time well spent.
Do people ever really change? You can never force someone else to change, but a personal choice of evolution is always possible any moment!
What do you want the world to know about you? I can see you and if you want to, you can see all of me too.
What is your favorite childhood toy? Favorite childhood and current toys are rocks.
Do you play a musical instrument? I don't play an instrument yet, but I have this electric guitar next to me that I'd like to learn about sooner than later.
Do you get excited about the Olympics? They're not something I remember are happening or really think about, but I was a gymnast for a long time, so I enjoy watching that. There's always this beautiful moment of triumph that unfurls with athletics which is a great reminder of possibility, focus and deep commitment.
Is there anything you would change about the Ten Commandments? I would add "Thou shall dress in drag at least once a year." and "Thou shall not have kids before burning through a good amount of your own bullshit karma. Amen." That second addition is like a save the pure and wise children from unnecessary trauma foundation.
What are your thoughts on meditation? Meditation certainly changed my life. I would suggest it to anyone who wants to wake up. There's another way and mediation is my means of navigating the seen and unseen.
What is your earliest memory? I think it's a care bear birthday cake my mom made for me when I was two or three.
What has been your best investment? Myself.
What does love feel like? Love feels like two free birds flying parallel.
