Hi friends. Meet @rosecutclothing. Judith is super cool, she creates custom embroidery and loves rock and roll. Judith is a huge fan of Elvis just like my grandma. She recently went to Graceland and also made some clothes for @postmalone. This week we look forward to sharing her thoughts on life, love and grandmas cooking.
Please tell me a bit about your sewing..... I've been sewing since I was in elementary school, it's the only thing I ever really loved doing. Very content to say that after many years I actually have my dream job. Definitely did not see that coming.
Is there any one single piece of clothing you own that you love most? This one brown and puke green striped shirt I've had since middle school, and my snakeskin jacket - it's a symbol of my individuality and belief in personal freedom.
What is paradise? Jamaica without the mosquitoes.
What would you like for your next birthday? I'd like to be on vacation with huge amounts of french fries, tequila sodas, and no cell phone, and for someone to give me a Nudie suit. And to hang out with Keith Richards. This also qualifies as paradise.
You recently made some clothes for Post Malone. Could you tell me a bit about that? I was contacted by his stylist Catherine Hahn and we worked together on a few things for him. He has great style and likes a lot of the same things as me so it was fun.
What will destroy the world and what will save it? Humans will destroy the world. At this point, I'm not really sure it can be saved.
What is the best advice you have ever received? Be nice.
What are the things that bring you joy in the world? Clowns, funny people, really good documentaries, my friends and beautiful clothing.
Is your grandmother a good cook? She was more of a baker....I remember a lot of jello molds with mayonnaise and fruit marbled through them.
Thoughts on San Francisco?.... Love it! Definitely shaped who I am today.
Tell me one Judith fun fact.... I love playing gin rummy and pretty much any card game.
When is the last time you felt bliss? At Graceland of course.
Why do you love Elvis so much? Because he's the King.
At karaoke what song do you pick? Alice Cooper's "I'm Eighteen" is my go-to, but it's rare for me to do karaoke.
Are you afraid of snakes? A little, mostly just the poisonous ones.
How should I love? HOW SHOULD I LOVE???
